The fully equipped kitchen features newly painted cabinetry, granite countertops, a new tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, our spacious living area offers brand new furnishings with a comfortable sofa, an HDTV, and access to the private balcony. Our spacious bedroom is the perfect retreat after a long day of fun in the sun and offers a luxurious king bed, an HDTV and a fully updated ensuite bathroom with a new vanity, new flooring and an updated walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. There is additional sleeping in the dining area on a twin daybed with twin trundle, perfect for one or two more guests to enjoy. For your convenience, 4256 Beachside II offers complimentary resort tram service, high-speed WIFI, keyless check-in, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Beachside II offers a seasonally heated swimming pool, a grassy lawn with BBQ grills, an on-site fitness center, and direct access to the beach via private boardwalk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach hut or bring them from home. Guests can enjoy all that The Resort has to offer. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts and basketball courts. The 98 slip Marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. Climb aboard the Solaris dinner cruise boat for an extraordinary evening of live entertainment and fine dining. Shoppers will delight in a variety of specialty boutiques at The Village of Baytowne, Grand Boulevard or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled

a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
