Front Row Beach House 6BR/5.5 bath private pool and private beach access.

  • 6 bedroom 5.5 Bath 4000 SQ FT Avalon Beach Estates front row beach home with private heated pool.

    Stunning unobstructed beach views just 1-2 min walk past 3 houses and scenic gulf dr. to the sand at the private beach entrance of Avalon Beach Estates. Gorgeous newly decorated and painted home comes with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with outdoor gas BBQ just outside. Every room has brand new high end furniture, top of the line mattresses, and linens.

    Included is full service setup of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas at the beach March-October.

    Wifi throughout and every room has new Smart HDTV's with Live Youtube TV, and Netflix.

    5 of the 6 bedrooms have their own private en suite bathrooms. Outdoor Shower by pool.
