This properties location is fantastic. Right across the street from the beach, close to restaurants and shopping and the grocery store is practically right around the corner. We had a fabulous stay and can't wait to visit again.

Property was very nice, spacious and inviting. Appreciated the wagon and beach accessories available to us. We did have issues with the A/C during our stay which was an issue but we managed, although not ideal. Property mgmt was quick to action to help accommodate with portable units, but it was more of a band aid to a bigger issue. Would definitely stay here again assuming A/C is properly working and functional.

Overall good stay

The condo is decent and the location was good. Main issue - when we arrived we found out that the central AC wasn’t working properly and they had portable coolers in every room to supplement. I complained and they provided us an excursion comp for our troubles. The maintenance man was also nice. I do wish they had told us from the beginning about the AC instead of letting us find out in person on our vacation. I recommend asking about this before you go. The landlord needs to fix this the right way.

Overall we had a great experience. The property is just a short walk to the beach and has lots of dining options nearby. My only wish is that they offered 2 parking spaces as the RV park is quite a hike and a little pricey.

I love the lactation right off the broad walk and across from the beach. great kitchen, and closed by restaurants and shops. It is also quiet enough. Our only struggle during our stay were the guests upstairs. For some reason, they play soccer every nigh from 8 pm till 11pm. It was traumatizing. The noise was unbearable as if the roof was going to fall on us. we had difficult time sleeping until they stop playing. Other than that was great place.

Great Experience!

This was our first time visiting this area and we were unsure of what to expect... Overall we had a very good experience with this rental. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Our rental was on the first floor which made it easy to load and unload. The unit was very clean and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone in our party. We couldn’t have asked for a better location which was directly across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The unit was lovely and clean! We did find a need for additional pillow cases but did find one. There were many pillows in the closet but not bed linen. Having pot holders would’ve been helpful for getting hot things out of the oven as well.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. More than enough space for my family and literally across the street from the beach. Although we enjoyed ourselves we had to listen to the people above us stomping and running around every evening. It was terrible. Also, there were a few stains on a couple of the pillow cases and the shower curtain. Lastly, please wash or change the dining room table chair cushions. They had food stains and are just dirty.

Beautiful Condo - Convenient to Beach, Shops, Food

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was so close to everything (walk across the street to the beach, go up the road to the outlets, amazing restaurants within 5-15 minutes, etc). Being on the bottom floor is never great (you’re bound to hear everyone above you), but we were still able to sleep through the night. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but nothing worth taking a star off for. Also, we appreciated having cable TV. Sometimes you just want to spend an hour doing nothing / watching TV. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The price is right, it’s super convenient, and it’s a lovely condo!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. For the price you're paying for what you're getting, this place offered comfort and luxury. Everything was so modern and well taken care of. The beach is only feet away from the complex. Everything from towels, plates, sheets etc was included in our stay. Made everything a little easier if you want to cook if you're staying for long periods of time. I would definitely stay here again in future trips to Miramar beach.

Loved my stay here! It was clean & very well maintained. The location was a short walking distance from the beach & it had a heated pool on premises. I would definitely stay again. The only down side is that if you have neighbors upstairs, you're probably going to hear their footsteps at night.

Smoothest Trip Ever

My first time renting a condo and now the bar is set high. Very spacious for 7-8 people. Modern, nice decor and clean. My family and friends really enjoyed it! I am already planning my girls trip back!
