My family stayed at this condo in 2019 when it was clean, in good shape, had beautiful decor and the golf cart was in good shape. We booked for Sept 16, 2022 - Sept 22, 2022. From the moment we walked in it never smelled clean. We could tell it wasn’t clean and how worn out the condo is now. The owners must not have been here in years because nobody would say it was in acceptable condition. The carpet was so badly stained that it needs to be replaced not “cleaned.” The floors were so dirty our feet turned black and we had to wear shoes. I brought a bottle of Lysol kitchen counter cleaner to keep up during our stay, but I ended up having to use it to clean the master bathroom. The counter tops were black when I wiped them with Lysol. I wasn’t going to set my toothbrush down anywhere! The layers of thick dust on the lighting sconces also proved this condo is never cleaned properly. The black mold on the shower walls was disgusting! The sheets were paper thin and stained! The pillows were lumpy and the mattresses were so uncomfortable. The amount of wear and tear was just so disappointing. It needs to be gutted and redone. For what the owners are charging, they can afford to do that. Also, the golf cart… what a rust bucket now! The compartments wouldn’t open, there was no cover, filthy, there were no seatbelts, so we couldn’t anchor our sons car seat in, which meant we couldn’t use this amenity. The strife it cause between my husband and I was enough for us both to complain so much we packed up and left three days early! We couldn’t take it anymore. Truly disgusted and disappointed! This was our first vacation in three years and it was ruined!
