Stream your favorites, sip morning coffee outside, and enjoy a laid-back stay just five minutes from Miramar Beach’s white sands. Perfect for couples, friends, or digital nomads.
Welcome to your peaceful perch above it all -Yes can you craft the neighborhood? a third-floor condo designed for easygoing luxury and boho vibes. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with soft natural light, thoughtful décor, and a welcoming sense of space. The kitchen features granite counters, modern appliances, and a unique hanging boho breakfast bar perfect for a casual morning meal. A round dining table adds extra seating for shared dinners or a quick laptop session.
The living area invites you to stretch out and stream your favorite shows on a Smart TV, with plush seating and open views leading to a tranquil patio where you can enjoy coffee, fresh air, or golden-hour wine.
Both bedrooms offer king beds, cozy linens, and calming energy - the primary has a full ensuite bathroom, and the second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Please note that no individual under the age of 16 is permitted to use the gym unless accompanied by an adult at all times. This rule is strictly enforced for safety and liability reasons.
Please be advised that the pool and treadmills are currently under maintenance. During this period, these amenities may be unavailable or have limited access. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while we work to ensure everything is safe and fully functional.

Parking: You’ve got one designated parking spot right in front of the cottage. Easy peasy! Just keep it to that one spot and don’t block the road or any neighbors.
Be a Sweetheart: Treat this space with love! No wild parties, no blaring music—just good vibes and chill times.
Guests: This little getaway is just for you! Please, no unapproved visitors or extra overnight guests.
Trash Talk: If you need to toss anything, bins are provided—please use them so we keep things nice and tidy.
No Puff Zone: No smoking inside the cottage. You’re welcome to step outside if you need to, just keep it cute and clean.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and Towels, we kindly ask guests to avoid using them for any items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Many of these substances cannot be removed easily, and in some cases, the stains are permanent. When this happens, the linens must be disposed of and replaced, which comes at an additional cost. If our cleaning team provides a photo report of stained or damaged linens beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Thank you for helping us keep our linens fresh, clean, and comfortable for all guests.
