Our stay at this unit was wonderful. We have stayed in other units at this property before and this one may be our favorite! The guest bedroom was perfect for two of our sons while the master was big enough to also place a full size crib, a rental, as suggested by the hosts. Everything was very clean and I just loved the sheets and comforter in the master. Thanks for a great week!

Gorgeous decor with beautiful view of the ocean. Bed is very comfortable !

Mixed feelings

The unit itself was very good with a few improvements needed, like a new stove, cookware and a few plastic storage containers for food. This property had the best "starter package" of dishsoap, toilet paper, etc. of any property we've been to in memory. Also plenty of towel. Major disappointment was with renters in adjacent units. It was spring break and I'm sure many were not over age 25 and were very disruptive late into the evenings. Many do not adhere to keeping the balcony doors closed when using the entry door to units, causing on-going "slamming" of doors that literally shakes to pictures on the wall. Not an expectation for a unit priced in the premium range. Property Mgr. was very responsive but there is not much you can do when every entry to a unit is a problem because of door design.

Great stay in Destin and great unit. Convenient to the beach and great view. Some complained about the beach service and excessive number of rules, but we didn’t have an issue; however, we are easy going and don’t need much.

Super Nice 12th floor Condo!

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your 12th floor condo! Really enjoyed our stay at 1203 Leeward Key! Condo was clean and Amazing with magnificent views of the gulf. As soon as you open the door you see the gulf. The condo was more than adequately equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! Comfortable beds and furniture, 2 pools to choose from and the beach right across the street! 2 great restaurants with in walking distance, Kenny D's right next door and Captain Dave's right across the street. Definitely would and hope to stay there again!

On Point

The condo was easy to find and get to. The open parking in the back was nice considering we had a cargo carrier on top of our SUV and some parking garages have low clearances. The pools were clean and nice. Elevators were quick. I like how they have a unloading parking spot and the carts to use by the elevator. The condo itself was very clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to already have dish soap and hand soap. The only complaints I have is the master bed is kinda hard for my liking and the master bedroom was noticeably hotter than the rest of the condo. This wasn’t anything really with our condo itself, but the people either next to us or below us smoked constantly on the balcony which I assume is ok, but it just kinda sucked that anytime I went out to sit, it was as if I was smoking and it was one right after another. My daughter and I definitely smelled weed as well on a couple occasions. We would visit again.

Stunning view of the Gulf

Great property. Nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great balcony furniture and the view was incredible. Kenny D’s restaurant right below property was perfect lunch/dinner destination. Easy walk across the road to the beach. Towels provided were not as clean as I would prefer so I washed them upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Restful Vacation

This property was lovely and as advertised. The beach was close enough for my elderly mom to walk to and the area was less busy than the heart of Destin -- perfect for what we needed. Communication with the owners was easy and responses were quick. This is where we'll stay when we come back to the Destin area!

Perfect Family Stay

We are so glad we found this rental. It was the perfect stay for our family of two adults, 1 tween, and 1 elementary-age child. The pictures on the listing are super accurate. The condo was spotless upon check-in. Beds were comfy. Towels were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach chair process was easy and a great addition to the booking. The only thing I believe future renters should be aware of is the fact that even on the 12th floor the road noise travels, ESPECIALLY on karaoke night at the beach bar next door. It wasn’t a problem for us and it didn’t affect my rating, but you’ll want to be prepared with a noise machine if you have little ones or are a light sleeper. We are already trying to figure out a return trip!

Beautiful accommodations and beach!

Beautiful condo that was thoughtfully stocked. Will definitely want to stay here again. The 12th floor gave us outstanding views of the beach and ocean. When we booked, we did not realize from the description that we had to cross a busy street to access the beach. While it was not a long walk, we had three small children so would have been helpful to know that. The communication was quick and helpful! Great place!!

Great location and beautiful views

This property is fantastic. Since you are up on the 12th floor you have a perfect view of the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, etc. so we were able to cook a few nights which was nice. The only issue we had was the combination to the door provided wasn’t correct so we weren’t able to get into the condo at first. But we called the listed number and they got us a new code within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this condo!

Dreamy condo right across from the beach. I thought the street below might be kind of noisy but it wasn’t, all you could hear were the waves. It was so relaxing and wonderful! Also immaculately clean. Great space to come with some friends. We will be back for sure!

Excellent experience for first time rental at this condo

We have visited Destin for many years now but this was the first time using this condo. Excellent experience. Unit was very clean and ready for on time check in. Located within walking distance of several great restaurants. Beach chair rental service was outstanding. A great experience for our whole family. Would for sure stay here again and recommend to anyone.
