Beautifully designed in warm coastal style, our beach villa at Tivoli by the Sea is completely remodeled and ready for beach guests! You will love this elegantly renovated and spacious three bedroom, three bathroom villa. There are new wood floors, a fully updated kitchen, and new furnishings. This lovely property is located on the ground level - just park and walk up a few steps to the front door!

The floor plan offers an open entrance foyer, a sunny dining area with french doors to a screened in porch, and a spacious family room with a comfy sectional queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV. Our gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The master bedroom is designed with a king bed and an updated private master bath featuring an oversized shower and roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom features a king bed, an HDTV and access to a private full bath. Our third guest bedroom offers a bunk bed (twin over full beds) and a custom built-in entertainment center with an HDTV. A third bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

You will enjoy cool ocean breezes and a tranquil view of the golf course while entertaining outside on the screened porch with outdoor seating. A few steps away is the sparkling Tivoli swimming pool! The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
