Suite Retreat Summit Tops'l Resort

Suite Retreat Summit wows its guests with one of the most gorgeous views of the Emerald Coast. The suite with spacious balcony offers vistas of the beautiful coastline including Topsail State Preserve with its beautiful dune lakes, coastal forest and 7 miles of unspoiled beaches. Wildlife and sea life abound. Suite Retreat Summit has been renovated to a 5 star level with designer coastal chic décor. The suite is furnished with soothing coastal tones with a deluxe king bed with designer bedding. The ensuite bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Open the doors next to the tub and enjoy the endless views of the coast while soaking away your troubles in the tub. Guests may enjoy the Summit’s private pool and jacuzzi. Tops’l’s beach access is just a short walk from the Summit and is located next to the oceanfront pool. Choose Suite Retreat Summit for a fabulous getaway! You must be 25 or older to rent this property. It is a resort policy.

The room is very nice, bed is very comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean, it is not right at the beach though, very short walk to the beach. There was a large hole in the screen to the patio, early enough in the season that bugs did not bother us, and the shower has 1 small soap dish, no place to put personal items. Refrigerator is only big enough for a few drinks and very few food items, coffee maker uses pods only. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Check was not so good host forgot about arrival cleaning crew was there until almost 5 the day of check in we had dinner reservations at 5:30 had to cancel that. No wifi working and got a cut from table on the back deck but the view was outstanding and worth the stay.

Good location

The TV remote would turn TV on and off but would not change channels and the other remote in there didn't have batteries and when I bought batteries it still didn't work looked like corrosion problem issue in battery compartment. Wicker Chairs on the deck were in bad shape, seats were busted and looked like someone stood on them and feet broke through seat.

Gorgeous Condo with Amazing Views

I booked this condo for a Mother’s Day weekend and my mom was blown away. The condo is gorgeous with the most amazing views of the ocean and greenery. We were happily surprised there were 3 elevators that were very quick. The pool area was very nice and clean. Along the short walk to the beach, the sidewalk is blocked off for construction in most of the area but you are able to easily get around. The beach was absolutely stunning and I would definitely suggest renting chairs/umbrellas ahead of time if you want to use them. There are so many stores and restaurants in the area and the Tops’l community was just wonderful. I would absolutely come back.

Just what we needed

The property was great. We really enjoyed our stay. We thought there was supposed to be a washer and dryer but it was fine anyways. We were extremely surprised and impressed with the ease of the check in and check out process. We really needed the getaway and relaxation and this gave us exactly that. We will definitely recommend to others. Thanks for having us!

Very Nice

Lauren was great to work with, and views were beautiful! Tops'l is a pleasant area convenient to a lot of things. Only drawbacks were 1. Verizon cell service in the whole 30A area was very spotty and condo instructions sent electronically were not easily accessible by phone once we arrived. 2. 10AM check-out time on a Monday seems too early for a Studio unit, especially since we were only there 2 nights. It can't take 6 hours to clean what is basically the size of a hotel room before a possible 4pm check-in..
