Property is older and a bit worn, but sheets and towels were clean. Kitchen is fully functional and the views were excellent. Great water pressure, but often lacked hot water when showering. We were visiting the area for a family event and the property met our needs when we weren’t out and about.

The property was as pictured. It does need to be updated. The closets have a lot of pillows and what nots that shouldn’t in the unit taking up space for renters. Patio furniture needs to be painted and it’s not enough for more than 5 people.

Room with ocean view. HUGE balcony, very nice. Could have used a bigger knife to cut cantalope but managed with a paring knife. A streaming TV would have been nice in the large bedroom. Wifi was pretty slow. Should have had the wifi password in the unit somewhere. Garbage removal was confusing since email from Avari said they take care of the trash but the sign in the room said to remove all of it. Great that there were plenty of towels. Weird rug under the king bed, strands stuck to socks and were all over the floor. Description didn't say there were washer/dryer units in the unit. It should have, we could have packed less. I would stay there again!

Large condo complex right across the street with private beach access. Front desk has limited hours. Balcony looked at parking lot / pickle bar court. Pool was emptied for the season. Room and bed was nice, some aspects dated but very overall.

Before even arriving at this property, I received an invoice via email and was told I had to pay it prior to check-in, even though I paid for our stay three months earlier. It took a couple of email exchanges, but I was able to prove to the property manager (Avari) that our room was paid for. Observations about the room... - Check-in did not go well. It was a real struggle to secure the codes necessary for access to our room - Room was small and cramped, with no place to put luggage - Toilet (which was very low) needed to be serviced for slow flow - Lack of electrical outlets for CPAP, phone chargers, and hair dryer. Outlet by sink mirror did not work. - Only two elevators for a 14 floor building - Good access to Topeka concert facility - Good access to the beach - Room had a balcony, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker - The shower was the best feature in the room as it was very large and spacious

The best destin stay ever

The condo was extremely cleaned and decorated very nice, the master bedroom was very big and beautiful. The view from the condo was awesome you could see the beach and the entire strip.
