Everything was wonderful. View was perfect and everything was accessible by golf cart for the most part. Quiet gated community with a beautiful surrounding. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Bad air conditioning upstairs (hot). They even have it programmed so you can’t run it cooler in order to cool it down upstairs. They should disclose that in the listing. refrigerator would not cool until about 48 hours has passed. Had to put perishables in freezer to keep from losing them. Water got cold after 1 bath so if you didn’t make it for the first bath you took a cold shower though I needed one to sleep ok in a hot rm. mattresses bunk room worst. Could feel the springs. Room next to the bunk room has en suite bathroom but it is to be shared with the bunk rm but there’s no door on the bathroom. They’re only a curtain so No privacy. Very poor customer service from management company. Refused to move us and tried to tell us that it’s just hot outside so heat rises..as if I didn’t understand how heat works. I’ve never left a bad review before and I’ve stayed in 2 story houses in San destin for years and always in the summer. Never had air conditioning issues before in other units. There was also two boards that had rusty screws sticking straight up in the walkway upon arrival that my kids could have stepped on. My son did step on broken glass in the bunk room. They sent a maintenance man on Monday. We had arrived on Saturday. He did fix the boards and checked the other issues but bunk rm never cooled. took days off our trip by making them uncomfortable. I could go on and on but this is most definitely the worst unit I’ve ever stayed in. Renter beware.

Summer family vacation

There we 7 of us with 3 kids under 6. The house was wonderful and the bunk room was perfect for the kiddos. Our 2 year old slept great on the bottom bunk with a bed gate we brought. The back porch was lovely with lots of turtle and duck visitors. We had a wonderful kickoff to summer vacation!

Outside delight and privacy

Wonderful feeling of the outside on deck and in yard. Natural wildlife including turtles,ducks, and bird varieties. Interesting view of golf course fairway. Invited sisters who are retired one week and son and three year old grandson the next week. Perfect weather! Enjoyed beach and heated pools daily. A few items were not supplied like a corkscrew to open wine, umbrella for outside table, and beach towels.

Beautiful views and clean

The home was perfect for 4 adults. Home was clean and was easy to locate if you know the area. It had basics needed and plenty of bath towels but they do need to add a couple more kitchen towels for the number of people it sleeps, had 2 towels and 1 dish cloth. Beds were comfy and so was the living room furniture. The views from the living room and kitchen were beautiful at sunset.

Wonderful vacation

It was a really nice place to stay and get away.. my kids absolutely loved waking up everyone morning to the ducks and fishing off the dock. It had everything we needed to go to the beach and chill.. Definitely was a nice relaxing stay!!

Quick work trip

In town for a trade show, and this house was perfect. Golf cart made it easy to get to Baytown. The dock was nice to come back to and relax. Property was well kept.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway!

We’ve traveled to SanDestin once before and loved it, so had to stay on the resort property again. This time we stayed on the Linkside vs Baytowne side and it truly couldn’t have been a better location! Great yard space for the kids to play, so quiet without feeling congested as on the other side of the resort, great fishing on the property, and beautiful view! The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for 9! Property management was fantastic, and super friendly and prompt. Only downside to this property are the mattresses are definitely due to be replaced, and the starter amenities are only sufficient for a day, so make sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Overall we loved this property and can’t wait to return!

Great area

The area is amazing. Def recommend renting any of the houses on the property. This one I would pass on the communication was lacking was having problem with the Internet when we got there and didn’t get a response until later when the listing says to call for 24hr help. And it wasn’t even a response it was just a screenshot of the original email. Which didn’t help we figured it out ourselves. The room with all the bunk beds is super hot no fan in there and idk if the vents in there work well. We were only provided one paper towel roll and one trash bag we rented it for an entire week. We have stayed at a lot of places and this is by far the only one we have had that much trouble with. They don’t really explain what you have access too while renting the house so def get someone that actually manages it themselves and doesn’t go through a company who doesn’t really care about really being accommodating. Maybe someone that actually responds to questions. Def stay at the resort but not this house in particular the house was very nice just seemed very bare minimum.

Perfect spot

Great vacation!

The VRBO booking process was easy. Great rental. We had fun on the golf cart which made it easier to get around the resort. Clean, comfortable - we will definitely be back!

Suggestions: part of coffee pot missing that slows down the drip Upstairs bath fan quits after a few minutes Upstairs plugs at vanity didn't work Upstairs tv connection "unavailable" Clothes washer had water in it upon arrival....did not use it secondarily.

Water Side Retreat

Nice location.

I am one that is immune compromised and cannot be around others. This home slowed us to enjoy the pond and deck, the golf course, the view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The daily package deals we used for free round of golf. Frustrations: internet was poor, washing machine was tiny. Two towels max. No bathroom door in master bath. One side of toaster does not work. But none of those were deal breakers! We enjoyed our stay.
