Cottage 140 is a lovely, 2 BR, 2 bath that has been newly remodeled! New kitchen, new baths, new furniture! Cottage 140 sleeps 7 comfortably. With a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Full size bed and a Twin in the Guest Bedroom and a sleeper sofa, there is plenty of sleeping accommodations for your family. This cottage is one of very few that have a glassed in screen porch, overlooking the tennis courts!

This makes a great vacation spot for tennis lovers as well as young families who just want to enjoy sun and sand!! Cottage 140 is very short walking distance to the pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach! A great time can be had by all who stay in Cottage 140 for their next vacation!

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
