“The hotel is in a great location for exploring centro on foot. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The room was noisy, facing the street. Also the curtains don’t cover the opening of the window so the streetlight outside was in my face all night. It rained hard during the night, there was a skylight in the bathroom area which was nice but some of the rain was coming through. At 5am someone was in the supply closet beside our room banging around. Was……

“La habitación estaba limpia pero hay que estar pidiendo agua. Ven que te la acabas y no te ponen nuevas. Al día siguiente teníamos dos y cuando regresamos nos habían quitado una. No abre bien para el agua caliente, apenas si sale un chorrito que te tienes que pegar a la pared.”

“Outstanding food. Room was comfortable but sink lacked hot and cold and shower let water onto floor. Service was excellent. Location is busy and as safe as one can feel in the Centro area. I would stay here again. It had charm.”

“Wow...we arrived and welcomed like we were family! Onsite Parking no problem..the room was nice and had a mini bar and refrigerator. Also you will be greeted by the most beautiful and friendly Cat which followed us all to the door of the room to make sure we were checked in correctly....then a recommendation of the staff for dinner at Marco Polo...Italian Restaurant like in Italy...same taste smell inside and increadible service. We then left the next day and we had the included Breakfast which……

“Amables para atender reserv, pero habia mas habitaciones desocupadas y proporcionaron la que esta a unos centimetros de la cocina, ruido de la licuadora y movimiento en cocina desde las 7 am en día festivo, asi como la conversación del personal, la idea de pasar la noche ahí era descansar en tranquilidad y dormir un poco más de lo habitual.”
