“Apartment was awesome, has everything you need for a comfortable stay (few more wine glasses, plates would be nice, and coffee would be great). The balcony and terrace were some of my favorite amenities. Place location is close to bakery’s, restaurants, plazas, etc. I’ll recommend this place to all travelers.”

“This is an extremely badly managed property. If you have a problem, nobody cares and they will not help you. It’s an AI managed place so when you contact them, AI responds but there’s no human reading messages and solving problems. There were ants all over the place, they did nothing. The Wi-Fi is unstable, I was unable to have an online meeting. They also did nothing about this. The layout of the room is a little odd and actually non practical. “Everything is clean and tidy. Staff Carlos is very helpful. ”

“Cama, almofadas duras e desconfortável. Casa de banho apertada. Falta de uma mesa ou rede para abrir e deixar a mala aberta.”
