It can be cleaner

Reasonably new. Quite pricey still for a room. Curtain is dirty with stains and the linen is not properly washed. Location is good.

When we enter the room,its smell bad and toilet is not clean. You clearly can see it clearly it is not clean properly.

Very good value in Miri

Check in and out was easy. The lobby was clean and had free English papers to read. The location is great as there is a good restaurant next door. The room was clean, had good bedding, good internet service, good hot water and was quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Miri.

Please hire more staff for housekeeping !!

This is my second time stay at here but this time the hotel have problem prepared customer’room that already booked on time..my husband and I have to wait 1 hour for them to prepared our room but still the room not have been clean and prepared so we request to change room that already clean..please alert that end of the year is peak season and you need to hire more housekeeping !!

Happy and wonderful stay

Very amazing and convrnient to stay. Affordable. With strong wifi. Restaurant just a minute away. Small shop just beside the ceck in counter. Friendly staff at counter. Good parking space with security at front door.

This is a fine wee hotel; in easy walking distance of the town. No problem with a late check-in (late flight). Clean room with comfy bed. Unfortunately, very heavy quilt which was too warm & bottom sheet that was too small for the bed, so came untucked through the night & got tangled with the top sheet & my legs. Small shower room with plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo & toothbrush/toothpaste. Drinking water supplied, but have to pay for internet. Would stay again as adequate room at very reasonable rate with friendly, helpful staff.

4 nuits et 3 jours passés à Miri pour tenter de voir un peu de vie sauvage dans les parcs. Il reste un peu de forêt mais pas pu voir un seul animal. La plage est pleine de détritus. La ville sans intérêt.

Great hotel, sadly no breakfast as no onsite restaurant. No pool either but great tv with film channels. We enjoyed a relaxing stay. Fantastic shower - best one of our travels to date!

Hotel close to seafood cafes

English was quite limited at this hotel. Despite t-shirts saying we're here to help, staff were not very helpful. I suspect this was mainly due to their lack of English. We asked for a taxi for the morning of our last day and nobody booked it which was quite annoying as we needed to catch a bus. As it turned out the staff did order a taxi straight away and the taxi arrived in 10 minutes so we did not miss our bus

Affordably priced hotel near Miri town

A pretty affordable hotel to look for when staying in Miri town. It has all the basic stuffs such as a fridge, water kettle, TV, hair dryer and others. The hotel does not come with free breakfast, but it has lots of local restaurants that are within walking distance to the hotel.

Awesome hotel in town area

The hotel is awesome. Location, room, toilet, service, everything is excellent for the price paid. Location is in the mid of town, with ample parking space (and you might get it free complimentary of the hotel). Near waterfront area (although not much you can do at the waterfront area), you do get to see golf course and large vessels here. Room is clean with good amenities, considering it's a 3 star hotel. Bathroom is way better than most 3 star hotel I've been to. Service is good. Staff are friendly and helpful
