We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling.

Fantastic stay with family

Amazing service and location with safe oarking and amazing breakfast. The rooms was slightly dusty,probably due to the full capacity during the school holiday,but the friendliness and expertise of the staff made up for it.will definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location with South China Sea and Miri Golf Course view. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Convenient and plentiful parking spaces. Very close to the newly developed shopping centre of Miri Times Square.

This hotel has got all amenities and it is best for couples for a peaceful visit from anywhere around the world. Mr Sapuan from F and B department is the best person and overall staff also very good. You should try their ala carte menu specially chicken tarioke

Pleasant stay

The first time i stayed at pullman hotel Miri. It has a big room and quite comportable for two of us but the only thing is the comforter is quite old and thin . The environment is interesting very closed to shopping area . I’m sure will come back again

Excellent stay at Miri

Check in was smooth. Was impress by the hotel lobby. Went to the assigned room and was very impress with it. The room design was similar to Pullman Kuching. Everything fromthe bed, toilet and amenities was good. Overall I was happy and very satisfied with my stay at Pullman Miri. Looking forward to return here again.

Inhouse multi-storey carpark which helps if you have an expensive vehicle. Check-in can be improved as it is quite busy, the room is unavailable until 4 pm, was upgraded to a bigger room which was nice! Very big room with a dining table and a big fridge. Overall a pleasant stay.
