"COMMUNICATION, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The communication was excellent and the host answered the phone always immediately. There was good instructions on locating the property with the property manager waiting for us at 10PM to hand over the keys and walk-though the property LOCATION and ACCESS: The location is prime as it is just off the busy Lanka road and very close to the main gates of Banaras Hindu University. An excellent restaurant, Ratna Sagar, is just 5 minutes walk from the property....

"I have travelled a lot and on that basis I am giving this feedback. It was a poor stay at Neerja Niwas. I had made full payment at the time of booking for 5 adults and 1 child and it was understood that there was no extra payment needed as there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions, however ,only on the day we were to arrive, owner asked to pay for the extra bed Rs.2000 , this was not mentioned upfront . Had this been informed prior to booking , i could have looked at other...

"I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. With 24-hour security, I felt safe and at ease. What truly made this hotel stand out was the warm hospitality, making me feel like I was home. "I stayed at SadaShiv guest house in May for about a week. The guesthouse is top notch. It is very clean and very well taken care of by the staff. They were always available for help and the quality was 5 stars. The room was very clean and comfortable. Vishal, who was the staff, was the most exceptional member of the staff. He was very helpful at each step and everyday. I appreciate the kindness and the hospitality of everyone here. I would definitely recommend this place to friends."

"All Good at Sri Oskar Palace. Since it was not high season My Aircon no-river view was complementarily upgraded, to A Riverview room complete with a great shared balcony. They were really good at getting me from and back to the airport with the taxi service. My only issue, and it is not the fault of the hotel, was the aggressive monkeys. They would come onto the balcony and at first, be cute. I made the mistake of letting one sip some beer I poured for it on the top of the wall. It made a great Social Media post, but the next day, two monkeys joined me up on the balcony, and I didn’t have any beer!! They were not happy and acted out towards me… I Didn’t feel totally safe up there after that… Don’t give ANYTHING to the monkeys! Have breakfast away from the edge on the rooftop, because monkeys jumped on our tables and made a mess and broke glasses all over the floor…"
