"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"子供も合わせて申し込みしたのですが　大人の料金しか　支払い出来てなくて　当日支払いに　なった。露天風呂も男女入れ替え制で　ちょうど夕食の時間と重なり　入れなかった。部屋は　綺麗に　リホームされていたが　洗面台とトイレが　同じでトイレの扉が　なくて　洗面台の入る扉には　鍵も付いてないので　嫌だなと思った。"
