「Twin bed rooms at 1/F had no lift was so very inconvenient to manually carry the backages from ground floor to 1/F by stair」

「It’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants, supermarket and convenient store. Parking is covered. The hotel is a bit tired but staff is quite helpful. The onsen can use some upkeep.」

「Staff are helpful 」
