“Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.”

“Pleased I did choose NH Valencia Center. If you travel a decent amount, it is not a 4 star but a very good 3 star! Location wise, I thought it was”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).”

“Too few showers but I got by.”

“The apartment was clean but small for a three people, its location is convenient, close to city centre if you use a bus or walk. You need to bear in mind that this not a hotel. Breakfast is not on the premises, you will have to walk to a certain cafe which located about 10 minutes walk. The cafe is very good, run by a family. Food and service are brilliant but when it’s busy you may have to wait at least half an hour or more on Saturday and during the week. You are limited to what you can have……
