“Excelente trato del personal en el front desk para check in y entrega, cordial y atento”

“Excellent service”

“Nuestra reservación era por 2 días sin embargo cuando llegamos en la noche de compras nos encontramos con la novedad que ya no teníamos cuarto, y nuestras pertenencias ellos sin autorización de nosotros las agarraron y las llevaron a un lugar y llegamos y ni el mánager ni el personal hicieron nada al respecto.”

“I needed a clean, comfortable, inexpensive room for a weekend wedding in October, and the SureStay by Best Western filled my needs well. I had initially booked for 4 nights, but was allowed to drop the 4th night when I checked in. Room 218 was great - clean, quiet and conveniently located near the ice machine. The breakfasts were very good, and the parking was fine.”

“Interesting place. Came to check in at 2:50pm and was told check in was at 3pm. Ok so we waited in the car. At 3:01 then came back. The front desk agent still reluctantly checked us in. The pool is only available to use if you get bracelets from the front desk and they must put them on you. I understand that this limits outside guest usage.. but for privacy and intimate experiences this is not the place. Would not stay here if you are on a couples weekend.”

“100% good”

“Tout était parfait”

“Centrally located, Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.”

“Todo super bien , muy limpio y el personal muy amables, me volvería a hospedar aquí”

“Front desk attendant placed us on 2nd floor without informing us elevator was broken, otherwise we would’ve requested a different floor. Once on the 2nd level the only way you could use the elevator to get back down would be to call the front desk and let them know you needed the elevator. Multiple times after calling and requesting assistance you’d have to wait very long wait times or hope you’d get lucky and someone would just happen to be on the elevator going up or down. Once in the room,……

“Never again”
