「Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. 」
