"When we searched for Margaritaville Biloxi the original Google search brings up Margaritaville Casino Resort. There is NO CASINO. Upon our arrival, we ordered happy hour drinks and were charged full price until we ask for the happy hour price. The drink order was $14 and when handed a $20 bill the bartender asked if I wanted change. I absolutely believe in tipping well, but to ask for a tip close to 50% when I came to the bar seemed inappropriate. The building is laid out with numerous elevators, not all go to all floors or areas of the hotel. It was very confusing. Check in is on the 10th floor. We were constantly turned around."

"Upon check-in, we noticed that our room was warm but assumed the ac was just turned up. We turned it down and left for dinner. That night it was miserable. I went down to speak with the front desk the next morning to see about having the ac checked. Prior to doing so, I slipped a paper between the wall and metal cover for the ac filter. We returned to our room, and the entire hallway smelled like mildew due to construction down the hall. Our room also smelled like mildew. Our ac wasn't touched either. I went back down to the front desk, and they got on the phone with maintenance. Maintenance said our ac was working fine. I said, I don't know how they would know that, then showed her the pictures I took. We were moved to another room. Staff members were otherwise very friendly. Swim up bar was great. Our only issue was really our room the first night. Still won't be going back."

"Everyone at this hotel was so nice, from check in to check out!! I witness another guest being disrespectful to the young man and the front desk when she was checking out and he was so patient and professional. Much nicer than I would have been. The hotel seems older, but has been renovated, so the bathroom is on the smaller side. This wasnt really an issue for us; just something to be aware of. Room was clean and the AC worked great."
