Discover our mid century 4BR home nestled near U of Montana, downtown Missoula, & the tranquil Clark Fork River. Enjoy historic charm with modern comforts, spacious living areas, cozy bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the porch enjoying a beverage or explore nearby trails and parks. Perfect for families or groups, our home invites you to unwind in a prime location, where university culture, vibrant city life, and nature meets seamlessly. Ideal for your memorable Missoula getaway!

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one shared bathroom, a living room with a smart TV, dining room for 6 and a very well equipped kitchen.

The basement is very bright with 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full/double bed. There’s a second living area with a large sectional, and another dining area for 4. The basement bedrooms have large window wells. There’s a second shared full bathroom in the basement as well.

There are 2 washer/dryer combos. One in the first floor bathroom and the other in the basement.

You have access to the entire property excluding the garage.

Family vacation

The house had everything we needed and was near a park and bakery (delicious). We had three kids under 4 and there were plenty of toys for them to entertain themselves. Our host was super responsive and friendly.
