The staff and cleanliness are excellent here. There were two things we didn’t like. One was that we had a room that faced an interior ballroom and so if we had no access to fresh air. And the other is that there is a huge power plant right next to the hotel and while we are not especially electrosensitive., We did feel a little on edge and didn’t know why and it could’ve been that. Other than that it would be a great place to stay. Great location and like I said, the staff are friendly and very professional.

Check in staff was not happy we booked through Expedia. Booked a suite and we didn’t not get that. Room was very basic and small. They said they couldn’t change since I booked through Expedia. They were nice to start but then when we came back because the room was not what we booked the man was very unhelpful and kept telling us next time to booked through Holiday Inn. Very frustrating. The hotel was going through construction which is not noted on the site. Bathrooms are incredibly small. The river view is not accurate on the second floor. Pool was decent.

Marriott feedback Fairfield Inn & Suites Missoula March 22-24 2024
On the first night of our stay our baby threw up in bed. In the morning I stopped at the front desk on our way out and requested a linen change. I told them why and gave our room number. We returned to the hotel at 8pm and the linen change had not been done. I returned to the front desk and told them the entire story again and they said they would send bedding up to our room. Back in our room we waited and waited, and finally left the room to ask again for new bedding. At that point I found new bed linens in a garbage bag tied to our door.
I consider a linen change to be such a basic service in a hotel. I really can’t believe it wasn’t done, and then after a second request that linens were dumped at our door. Very poor service.
