「The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! 」

「Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, besser wie viele andere Hotels wo ich sonst bin. Ich übernachte viel, da ich im Außendienst arbeite. 」

Most the front desk staff were not very friendly and helpful and at times I would have to wait for them to get off of their handy/mobile to help me. When we checked in and went to our room, there was vomit stains on the side of the base of one of the beds. I went down and asked them if they could clean it and they say “right away”. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das einchecken verlief sehr zügig. Unser Zimmer im 2 Stock war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ohne viel Extras. Es war eben ein Pensions Zimmer, kein Hotel.
