Die Guten Zeiten sind vorbei. Bett zu schwabbelig. Zimmer veraltet, keine Klima. Hatte nachts 35 Grad trotz Ventilator, hätte zwar tauschen können aber das Haus war sowieso überhitzt. Essen Restaurant wenig, geschmacklos, teuer. Das Bier war gut. Empfang der netten Marokkanerin sehr freundlich was einen Stern mehr gibt.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Spa Bereich besteht aus einem kleinen Pool, 2 Saunen, einer Infrarot Kabine und einem Whirlpool der nicht nutzbar ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Einige Mitarbeiter hatte Verständigungsproblem (im Restaurant). Das Essen war OK

Es war ein wunderschöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Es war leider nur ein Wochenende aber es tat richtig gut. Auch die Massagen sind super. Sauna Bereich, Mahlzeiten alles ausreichend für jeden was dabei. Aufjedenfall werde ich wieder kommen

Wir haben kein Frühstück das wir zahlen mussten erhalten. 08.39 FST. Wir verliessen ohne Frühstücksbox das Hotel Badezimmer voll Fugenschimmel. Das soll 4.5 Star Htel sein. Das Ist Betrug am Kunden.

Trauriger Service

Abgesehen davon, dass die Rezeption schon um 21:30 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt war (in der Beschreibung steht 23:00), ist es dann halt bescheiden, wenn man in ein umgemachtes Zimmer kommt, in dem vom Vorgänger noch alles herum lag. Als ich dann unter der Notfallnummer jem. erreichen konnte, wurde ich mit „Hallo Schatz“ begrüßt… Bedauern hat niemand geäußert, ich hatte eher ein schlechtes Gewissen dass der Herr wegen mir kommen musste… Auch beim Auschecken fragte niemand ob man zufrieden war… aber vermutlich will man nicht hören, dass A) im Bad (immerhin das renovierte, nicht die „Classic“ Version von vor 40 Jahren aus dem ersten Zimmer) war der Duschkopf so verkalkt, dass nicht mal aus 40% der Düsen Wasser kam. Zumindest nachdem man mit müh und Not den ebenfalls verkalkten Regler auf bekam! B) der Vorhang vor den Fenstern verdunkelt nicht voll C) Toll dass es ein (wie immer halt völlig überteuerte) voll ausgestattete Minibar gibt… jedoch eine Flasche Wasser könnte man ja zu Begrüßung spendieren, oder? D)aufgrund mangelnder Gäste (vielleicht sollte sich das Management mal etwas hinterfragen) gab es kein Buffet. Ok, man konnte auf einem Zettel eine Auswahl treffen und das wurde am Tisch serviert…. Aber die Rühreier sind sprichwörtlich im Butter ertrunken und der Orangensaft war vermutlich über dem Haltbarkeitsdatum! Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung!!!

Großes Wellness-Hotel in Traumlage mit Schwächen

Traumhafte Lage, großzügiges Hotel. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick. Im Innenraum teils schon deutlich renovierungsbedürftig, alte Bäder, alte Teppiche, dunkles Holz, etc. Einige freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeitende, v. a. im Service des Restaurants auch einige eher unhöflich und unkoordiniert.

Hotel ist rustikal eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Lage top, schöner Garten, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, leider fehlten mir einige Hinweisschilder, wenn man aus dem Fahrstuhl kommt wo man langgehen muss zum Pool, da steht nur Umkleide, auch auf den Zimmern eine kleine Info von wann bis wann Frühstück/Abendessen/Pool Benutzung, aber sonst wirklich zu empfehlen, Essen reichlich, Massage ist sehr zu empfehlen, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Betten bequem. Das Zimmer ( bzw. die Zimmer, wir waren jetzt 2 mal dort. ) gross. Das Zustellbett sehr bequem. Das Essen war sehr gut, obwohl die Auswahl eher klein war, aber vielleicht genau deswegen. Sauna und Pool wirklich gut. So konnte sich unser Junior von der längeren Fahrt noch etwas austoben. Wir kommen gern noch einmal wieder.

Das WC war leider bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Das Frühstück war gut organisiert, wenn es auch schwer war, den passenden Tisch eingedeckt zu bekommen. Beim Abendessen im Restaurant war das männliche Personal nicht in der Lage den Mund-Nasen-Schutz richtig zu tragen. Beim Sprechen mit den Gästen wurde gelegentlich die Maske soagar komplett abgebommen. Bei den vielen Kontakten ist das nicht sehr angenehm. Wir würden das Hotel kein weiteres mal wählen.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Betten gut, das Bad vor Kurzem renoviert. In Zimmern mit Blick nach Westen hört man den lauten und ständigen Verkehrslärm von der B 303. Die Küche ist ordentlich bis gut mit wenigen Aussetzern. Der Service ist besonders zuvorkommend.

客室の格式等は十分だったが、設備が古いせいか、お湯の温度が安定しなくて、調整が大変だった。プールは小さいながらもしっかりしていたが、サウナはローカルルールがあるようで、使いにくかった。スタッフは皆、親切で友好的だったが、コロナウイルスの影響もあり、客はなんとなくアジア系を避けているように感じることがあった。

ein renovierunsstau der meisterklasse........!!???

..................festspielsommer in Bayreuth........eine tolle Vorstellung ein 4 Sterne tophotel vor den Toren Bayreuths im grünen.,,,,,,,frische Luft...............nun kommt das Desaster......zimmer ohne Klimaanlage bzw. nötigen Sonnenschutz.........brütende Hitze...es kühlt sich nicht ab.........schlafen fast unmöglich..............wegen schlechter Netzverbindung (Internet und mobiltelefon) wollte ich auf das Festnetz im Hotel ausweichen..................aber tote Leitungen....nach Rückfrage stellte sich heraus, dass die festnetztelefone im hause seit längerem funktionsunfähig sind..........und die Eigentümer/Besitzer wohl keine Einigung finden eine Neuinstallation zu bestellen.....ohne Worte............empfehlen kann ich dieses Hotel nur im Winter.............ob die Heizung funktioniert,habe ich nicht überprüft!!!!!
