The property manager was very helpful.

Very comfortable townhouse on the shores of the lake. Such a beautiful view! Quiet with friendly neighbours. The townhouse, from a cleanliness perspective was impeccable. One bedroom downstairs has a very large bathroom/toilet with spa bath....

「The apartment was OK - had a very strong smell to it as though someone had been smoking in the apartment. Overall basic and an odd layout with limited natural light, backs straight onto a path and didn't feel private. Main issue though was check in. No check in instructions sent, phone numbers provided did not work. Eventually spoke to someone an Belvilla, gave me an incorrect number for MadeComfy (went through to a random woman), eventually spoke to MadeComfy who emailed me check in...

「The apartment was great and we loved the area but the check-in/check-out process is very inconvenient – particularly when you have considerable luggage to deal with. To the owners of the property:
You have a really nice apartment at a great price point, please stop forcing people to collect and drop off keys at a random grocery shop several minutes walk away from the property!!!」
