"We loved this room, so close to all the shopping and dining. Our room was clean, modern and pretty spacious. Friendly staff and a really good breakfast buffet!"

"This was our 3rd hotel out of 4 during a 2 week stay and was our second stay at a Cross Hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shower was amazing. We had the breakfast package which also included a cocktail and snack option from 3-10pm and we really enjoyed both. We sat in the evening lounge every day and had a tea and snacks and it was such a great way to decompress. The location is essentialy right in the heart of Dotonbori and steps from the Glico sign. It is a very busy area and there's definitely a bit of street noise but we found it to be really minor. If we are comparing it to other hotels stays, the lobby is a bit lacking and uninviting but the rest of the hotel is very lovely. We also wished there was bottled water in the rooms - there is a pitcher that you can self fill at a water station on your floor which a great eco option but not always convenient. All in all a great stay - high marks for comfortable beds, great bathroom and enjoyable breakfast buffet and snack options."
