"There were a few Heartons in the area so make sure you are looking at the right one. This one was close to train station for two lines and also close to Dontonburi. Room was good. We got two singles as I am 6ft6in and accommodation was at a good clean standard."

"we’re arrived late night at the KIX. I messaged them before we arrived. The staff responded right away. All the staff are very friendly. The location is very convenient. Only 9 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Also Namba Station just down stairs."

"This hotel was great for value and location. The rooms are rather small but are very clean and nicely outfitted and I’m glad I was staying solo. I was excited about the pool on the roof and was surprised to find it wasn’t open to anyone (and they didn’t tell me in advance or even at check in). Even though it’s rather hot outside, the staff couldn’t explain why it wasn’t available. I even checked if later it would be available and they said no. And don’t forget you have to pay to use most hotel pools, which I find annoying."

"My room was good, however, my 11 colleagues stayed at 16~18 floors were feeling the rooms were so dark by poor lighting conditions. They can hardly do the work due to lack of light and sometimes felt scary when they were alone in the room."

"Excellent base to explore Osaka! A short walk to the canal/Glico man, multitude of restaurants, shopping at every corner and right across from Namba station. The breakfast buffet was icing on top. Great value!"

"The room has no air filter, it’s stuffy, so much dust blowing from the air conditioner on the ceiling wall. It’s hard to breath without the air conditioner turn off. The bathroom shower head was poorly designed as you switched the converter to the shower the handle splashes water pouring over the floor. The curtain did not wrap the tub to prevent water from spilling as the shower when turn on hit the wall causing water to spill onto bathroom floor. But the staff are pretty attentive and easy to work with it’s the amenity and the facility that has no filter and it was hard to breathe. The bed was hard, and so are the pillows. Unless you don’t mind sleeping in hard beds where you can feel the metal bed frame then it’s fine. "
