Everything is perfect! Room is neat and clean. We have 3 people so I booked a room with 2 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Even the room is filled with 3 beds, it remains spacious to open the 3 luggage. I have specifically seek hotel's help to arrange a room at a higher floor and they fulfilled my need for a 17 floor room. The view is amazing! The location of the hotel is fascinating as well. It is connected with the subway or tube (depend on how you call them). Even it is cold out there, you can go down to the underground and walk to nearby attraction without need of undergo the wind or cold weather out there. Staffs are polite and helpful and do the best to fulfill what you need. I would say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in not only Osaka but also Japan. It will be on my top choice to stay when I come back. You will not regret to stay there!
