The hotel was not busy and noisy and so we slept very well. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. However, it is in need of major updating. There is a terrible smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. Also, there are no dining options in the hotel and the closest swimmable beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk.

It was a great stay. But.. There was a coffee? Stain on the wall under the bathroom sink next to the trash can. There were sand and long hair in the towel rack (black basket ) that was located under the sink. Shower room and bathroom were clean. But I hesitated to take a bath in the bathtub because of the uncleanness under the bathroom sink. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was excellent. So many options including local food.

コスパ良しのホテル

シギラベイまで徒歩圏内なので、リゾートが存分に楽しめます。すぐ近くにお土産用のお店もあって便利です。ただ、食事には困りました。朝食は内容の割には値段が高い…夕食も近場のお店は割高…リゾートエリアだから仕方ないとは思います。夕食には平良辺りに出る方が良いですが、少し遠いです。宮古島空港からの無料シャトルバスもとても便利でした。宿泊料金の割には満足度の高いコスパ良しのホテルです。また泊まりたいです。

台風にて欠航で1日遅れで泊まれたのですが、金額面も考慮くださり助かりました。シギラリゾート内は無料のバスや無料のトゥクトゥクが使えるし、シギラビーチ駐車場無料券ももらえ、満足度満点でした。欲を言えば、海水浴の貸し出しタオル無料化やプール内の苔の掃除が出来ていれば5つ星でした。

快適に過ごせる最低限のことは整っており、かつ周辺のシギラリゾートのラグジュアリーさも楽しめるのでとても良かった 　毎朝、清掃のために荷物を整えるのが苦手なのでリクエストしなければスタッフが部屋に入ることがないなでとても気楽に過ごすことができた コンビニまで車で15分かかるが、ATMも隣のアラマンダさんにあり助かりました

朝食が美味しくなかった。 福島県産コシヒカリとあったが白飯がパサパサで美味しくなく、パンを食べようかと思ったがパンは置いてなかった。 とにかく白飯が美味しくないのが辛かった。 ならばせめてお粥を置いて欲しい。 スタッフの対応はレストラン、フロント共に素晴らしかったです。

1階の朝食会場やプールへ行くのには2階ロビー階でエレベーターの乗り換えが必要で物凄く不便だった！！！直通で行けないならホテル予約の際分かるように書いていて欲しい。初めから分かっていればこのホテルには泊まらなかった。母親の足が悪いため本当に不便で参りました。

シギラリゾート内宿泊

チェックインの対応はとてもよく、お土産屋さんも近くて無料シャトルバスでビーチまで行けたりと、とても良かったです！ リゾート内のリフトの無料券をいただけて、楽しめました。 お部屋は普通の広めのビジネスホテルという感じですが、バストイレが別で快適でした！ チェックアウトの日も、宮古島内の違うホテルに宿泊予定だったのですが、車なしでの旅だったので、無料で宮古空港まで送っていただけて大変助かりました。
