“Hideo and Yuka were wonderful hosts. Hideo is a great guide and very easy to talk to. The authentic Thatch home was both beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee every morning while looking out the large windows at the cherry blossum trees. Very nice location away from all the people in Kyoto. Easy 1hr bus ride into Kyoto city. They have a friendly Golden Retriever and a French Bulldog to play with if you like dogs! The Fishmarket excursion was fun and unique with Hideo helping select……

“Erittäin mielyttävä kokemus perinteisessä japanilaisessa talossa. Omistajan antamat ohjeet olivat erinomaiset ja kaikki oli järjestetty sujuvasti.”

“The property was excellent and our host was wonderful!!”

“An amazing place if you want to experience a more traditional house in Kyoto, instead of sleeping at an hotel. Has everything you need from kitchen to a traditional futon. Would love to come back again. The bus is really close and the subway is not far from the house either. So easy to get around town.”

The washing machine was located in the garage, which resembled a chaotic storage area with no lighting, making it unwelcoming and inconvenient to use. As……

“The location is quite good. Since it is located near the hot spot, it is very convenience for buying and eating. The hotel is alos quite near to the bus and train station. The environment is quiet and the experience of living there is great. The staff is helpful when I am in trouble and this is a hotel that I will strongly recommended if staying in Kyoto.”

“It was amazing to live a real Japanese experience in a really nice place”
