“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. “Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. Reception not always attended however was helpful at carrying my luggage up the stairs. ACCOMODATION UNSAFE PRACTICES- Standard check out is 10am however housekeeping entered my room at 9.30am without……

“Beautiful property. It was in the heart of the city walls and we arrived late in the evening since our flight was delayed. When we arrived the city was packed with people just enjoying themselves and dining. It was really impressive to see the liveliness. The hotel staff was super helpful with me as they communicated about the Taxi and what is allowed for entrance to the property. They assisted with the Taxi booking and rescheduling and just all of my request. I was pleased that I chose this……

“We really enjoyed our stay and we are so glad we selected this hotel. We had a corner room with balcony with amazing views of the beach. Lovely and secluded and a nice spot to have a drink in the evening. Our room was really clean and the staff were friendly. The air con (much needed in July) was quiet and powerful and the blackout blinds were very effective. Breakfast was exceptional. “The property was lovely inside and out and great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the lack of space to put clothes, there was very little space in the room for cases or hanging clothes. Otherwise perfect”
