"Everything was great, except in the morning, when I went to make coffee, poured water into the back of the coffee pot in the room, and seeing something floating in the water, someone previously had put grapefruit seeds in it and was floating. Pretty disgusting that someone would do that, i did mention it to the front desk that maybe the maids that clean the room might want to check the back of the coffee pots as well.When cleaning,"

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was nice with a modern feel. My husband and I did the igloo experience. The food was absolutely incredible and I highly suggest making a reservation for one. The service was phenomenal, the igloos were extremely cozy, and we are definitely gonna do it again! The only two things I was disappointed about were that valet parking is not included with your stay and has a $35 charge. The robes in our room had large rips and holes in them. I understand having some frey but not holes. Other than that everything was perfect! "

"Our room was spacious. The hotel feels luxurious, historical. On Friday night it got extremely busy and people had to wait for 20 min for valley parking. We just parked on the side of the road and walked in to check in. We enjoyed playing in the pool though the floor is very slippery around the pool area. My daughter had few bug bites which weren’t there before and she claimed it was bed bugs. None of us did. When we checked out, we mentioned that to the front desk and they told us we should have told them immediately. They seemed very concerned. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fancy and delicious! "
