The house was beautiful, everything felt very homey and clean! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms were lovely
We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football.

room very clean. one pillow had several long hairs on it, probably from the 'throw' pillows that may have had them on it. otherwise, absolutely spotless.
incredibly well kept historic home, stunning.
could have been a bit more quantities for breakfast.
Wonderful old-fashioned mansion. Floor to ceiling fabric curtains with liners on all four windows. Gigantic brass framed mirror. Busy little suburb street outside, but nobody’s honking. Can’t wait for breakfast at the bed and breakfast.
We came to Spokane for a Mini Vacation and a Wedding! we had a nice stay, and Bryce was super friendly!
The stairs are super noisy! and the only thing I would suggest is a trash can in the bedroom. Thank you so much had a wonderful time.
This historic house was simply beautiful, and the stay was so quiet that I doubt we can ever stay elsewhere in Spokane again. The location was central with easy access to parks and downtown.
This was such a beautiful relaxing stay everything about it was perfect for us as a couple. We are huge fans of bed and breakfasts and we kind of go around everywhere looking for new ones to try. This will be one that we visit again and again. It was clean especially for being such an older place usually we stay in old places and you'll find dust in different random places but not here I highly recommend!
Beautiful house and room with a great breakfast and easy check-in and out. I’ll visit again with my family. Every detail was attended to on the property.
We stayed here to attend the Tool concert. The location is so nice. Quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. Staying here made the whole trip so special. I would highly recommend staying here
Had a lovely stay in the Ivy room. The room was clean and charming, but the highlight was the original huge (over 6ft) claw foot tub. The bed was also very comfortable. Also loved the breakfast (pastries, prosciutto, cheese). I look forward to staying here again whenever I have to travel to Spokane.
Was a wonderful B&B. Quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Checking was virtual and room was beautiful. Couldn’t hear anyone else who stayed minus when they came up the stairs.
The house was gorgeous inside and the porch outside was nice to sit at. Will definitely come back here and stay again
Gorgeous house, vintage but very good condition. nice strong shower and plush towels, lovely living room, streaming TV, bed was super comfy. I felt like royalty.
It is a beautiful b&b. Highly recommend it to stay and feel at home. Holland is a great host and even her boyfriend who doesnt work there was very helpful. The rooms are wonderful. Takes you back in time. Very cozy. Lounge and dining area art deco style 1940s. Perfect all the way around.
We stayed one night , it was a delayed honeymoon. We had the best time ever. It is a beautiful home. So much character. We had a beautiful room with a king size bed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, I can’t say enough good things. Only bad thing, we couldn’t stay another night .
Great stay. We were running late for check in, called, left message, and weren't sure what would happen if we were later than planned. The staff got right back to us and eased our stress. Check in was easy, breakfast was great, other guests were fun to visit with in the dining room. The bed was comfy.
It was only a night's stay. The house is beautifully maintained, full of historical charm, and tastefully decorated. The owner was very helpful in the check-in process. The bedding is clean and comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would like the room with an en-suite bathroom next time around. The house is close to Gonzaga, so plenty of eateries are nearby. Strongly recommend.
Wow! This is a very well maintained 1908 house. We loved our 2 night stay here. The room was great, clean, quiet and super comfy bed. The parlour area downstairs is so nice to sit and relax in and the porch is lovely. We ate breakfast out on the porch and soaked in everything. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it for any looking for something a little different that’s a hotel stay.
Host was wonderful. We came to the hotel late and she was available by phone call and prompt to help us get inside. The place is enchanting inside and out. We really enjoyed all the vintage furniture and lovely decor. The room was cozy and inviting. My wife greatly loved the claw foot tub. The breakfast was perfect whether you wanted tea or coffee, and with fruits and delicious pastries and yogurt. We would recommend this place!
