“Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. “My husband and I really enjoyed this cute little Apartment. The location is highly desirable, walking distance to some fantastic eateries and Manito Park. The space is an older, historic building with some vintage furniture and artwork, and you can see the clock tower of Sacred Heart Cathedral. The space had everything we needed and was a great value. “My friend and I came to Spokane for a show on a Friday night and were lucky to find this place. Everything was as advertised, the beds were pretty comfortable, the location was central to everything and the apartment was a really good size for us. The only thing that was difficult was the parking situation which is out of control of the property manager; we would definitely stay here again.”

“Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.”

“Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place. ”

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
