This historic property was easy to check into, clean and convenient to Downtown Spokane. The property management team was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home! It was clean, inviting, and well-stocked upon our arrival. We had no issues whatsoever and it made for such a relaxing, fun getaway planned around a concert at Northern Quest Casino. Fast access to ride shares and DoorDash/Instacart, and located on a quiet block with friendly neighbors. The host was very kind and communicative, we can’t wait to come back!

Nice place/sketchy neighborhood

Property was nice and adequate. The neighborhood had transients roaming about so a little concerning. Close to downtown which was a plus for our event.

Nice Stay

Came to Spokane for a Volleyball tournament. This house was in close proximity to where we played. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Not too far from downtown. Would stat here again.

Perfect house for a family of four plus pets

We were looking for a pet-friendly house, and this was the perfect place—a fenced-in yard, front & back! My daughter’s larger dogs took the backyard, my pup got the front yard—4’ picket fence ideal for smaller dogs. The house was clean & well-appointed for a long weekend or months long stay. Washer & dryer. Great location. We will stay here again!
