We enjoyed it & would stay there again. A few small things for improving it..a more comfortable MBR mattress and pillows, Kleenex, a toaster oven as ours melted, some kitchen items, coffee filters, etc

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay. Great location for visiting the parks. And the town of Moab is very cute. The cottage is as described: updated and cozy with all amenities you need. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4. We did not use the hot tub or BBQ, we usually would but not this time. Highly recommend staying at Cottonwood Cottage. Thank you!l

We loved staying at this cottage. It is really cute, and beautifully decorated. It is right downtown, but quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was about 20 minutes to Arches. We loved staying here.

This rental was perfect. Maybe two blocks off the main road through town, which made it perfect to travel by foot to restaurants, shops, etc. It's also located next to a great walking/biking trail. The home itself is comfortable and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay including a hot tub which was perfect for dipping in every afternoon after hiking/biking in November. Highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Moab who wants to be close to town!

Our family of 4 stayed at Cottonwood Cottage as we explored Moab and nearby National and State Parks. It was the perfect size and location. One of our favorite "finds" was the free concert within walking distance. Hope to return in the future.

This property has its own parking, and is located a block from downtown, so quiet with easy access, walking distance access to shops and restaurants. Loved the furniture, and kitchen was well-supplied with cutlery and dishes. Only regret about our visit west was that we didn't stay an extra day in Moab.

Home was as advertised. Very clean. It was a little difficult to find at first :). Only thing we thought lacking was there were little basics like plastic wrap, foil, etc. that you might not think to get at a store on the way in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Close to town and National Parks. Would stay again. Hot tub was very clean and enjoyed it after hiking national parks.

My family liked this little cottage in Moab. It was clean, comfortable, and we especially liked the walk-ability to shops, restaurants, and a walking path through the cottonwoods. One star taken off for super squeaky beds and for the doors of the bedrooms not latching.

I visited Moab with my 80yo parents who wanted to see the national parks. This residence was the perfect location with excellent access to downtown-- just cross the bridge to the north of the property and there you are! Its also located minutes from the grocery store, which was convenient. No stairs was good as my parents have limited mobility. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our visit.
