The Desert Adventure House is the perfect home base for your Moab vacation!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!! Don't spend your vacation driving back and forth to town! Conveniently located in town near cafes, shopping, galleries and restaurants and only a few minutes away from the entrance to Arches National Park.

Our brand new, two level condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeps 10, full luxury kitchen and a 2 car garage. It boasts comfortable beds with luxury linens. Bedrooms and living area are on separate levels making it easy to spread out and enjoy your space while winding down from an adventure in all of the beauty Moab has to offer.

MAIN FLOOR

The spacious kitchen makes cooking and enjoying meals easy. It is fully equipped and ready for your culinary creations. There is seating for 10 at the large dining table and bar seating for 3. The kitchen and dining area open to the living room, making the space great for groups.

The living room has ultra comfortable leather sofas and a large Smart TV.

Main Floor Bath complete with shower.

Large 2 Car Garage with plenty of space for bikes, motorcycles, coolers and golf clubs. Keep your valuable equipment safe and out of your way.

UPSTAIRS

Master Bedroom: King bed, luxury linens with en-suite bathroom, with separate garden tub and shower, very large walk-in closet, Smart TV

Jr Master: King bed, luxury linens, walk-in closet, Smart TV.

Utah Room: Queen bed, patio access, spacious closet.

Bunk Room: 1 Bunk Bed-Full over Full plus a twin sized trundle bed spacious closet, patio access.

Spacious Upstairs Bath: 3 separate rooms for tub/shower, toilet, dual vanity area. This well planned space easy to share.

Full Size washer and dryer available for your use.

Our patio has amazing red rock views. We have a BBQ grill a patio dining set.

The community pool and hot tub are new and open! Located across the drive from our unit. Hot tub is open all year. The heated pool is early April-mid October.

So a great place, well equipped and great location - all units in Entrada are very similar. The Cons: no bars of soap or soap in showers, pillows are all terrible and super uncomfortable (really ruined our sleep), access code to get in was VERY hard to find on 'welcome email', and lastly, there are no dimmers on any lights in the unit - brightness is very obnoxious after exerting yourself all day on the trails and trying to wind down at night. In owners defense, all the Entrada units we have stayed in over the years have no dimmers - BUT, it's a simple upgrade, really adds ambiance and rids renters of obnoxious non-dimming lights...

We had 6 adults and kids ages 5, 3, and 1, and this unit worked very well for our group. The bedding setup was great, and the kids especially loved playing in the closet under the stairs, which felt like a little cave. The owner was responsive and very helpful whenever I reached out. We’ve stayed in this complex before and really like the location. We would definitely stay in this unit again. The only minor downside is that it’s close to the dumpsters, so early morning trash pickup can be loud. It wasn’t an issue for us since we were up early most days, but it’s worth noting.

The complex was nice. The home was well equipped and modern. It wasn’t very clean. The floors were very dirty, especially all the edges and baseboards. The bathrooms have a fair amount of pink mold in the showers. The sheets in the master were very slippery and wouldn’t stay on the bed. It’s a nice place, with all the right amenities. But, I’d recommend discussing cleaning expectations with the cleaning company.

Property is really clean. Great host!!! Check in was super easy and host responded to questions quickly.There were plenty of towels for our large group. Pool area was nice and clean. Location to town is perfect. Our only complaints were ants in the kitchen when we arrived and the bed in the master was not comfortable at all. We would stay here again!

Terrific place!!

Great place to stay for a recent hiking/adventure trip with friends. Lovely home. Very comfortable. Plenty of space. Clean.Perfect location. Walkable to town, spa, shopping, Rec center, ziplining tour company, etc. Beautiful views from the back patio. Close to the delightful pool while not being right on top of it. Nice to relax in both spaces after a day of hiking.Good communication with host. We did have to buy a couple standard kitchen items that we thought would be there. Not a crisis, but a note that if you think you'll need specific items, maybe ask this host (or any host, really) if those items are on hand.Overall, a wonderful place for an amazing vacation. I would definitely stay here again. Thumbs UP!
