A few suggestions

Very nice. Loved the hot tub and games. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Very clean. We could have used more dish towels and more bath towels for sure. I also would have loved a door to close off the bathroom from the big bedroom. The pool was nice. We used all the garbage bags. The shampoos and body wash smelled so good. Twin beds felt like you would fall off and not too stable.

Unattended items negatively affected our stay

The hot tub was impressively dirty upon arrival. The property mgmt folks did respond timely and have people come over to address but it required them to empty the hot tub and replace the filter which was pretty dirty so they replaced that too. Toaster didn’t work either. Neither of those things ruined our stay but they were both unfortunate. I’ll be looking for another spot to stay outside of Rim Village next time. If someone had done a walk through of these items they should have caught them.

Far exceeded expectations

This place is great - cozy, spacious, and fully stocked. We enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and cooking big meals to share at the table. The bathrooms are nice and beds comfortable. Wish we could move in :)

Nice but furniture broken

We liked the condo but the furniture was broken. My husband sat down on the couch and the whole leg fell off. It looked like the screw had been stripped and we sat on wavelength furniture the whole time. Also the hot tub was cloudy and hadn’t had chemicals put into it. Other wise we like the location and the place was nice.

This was a great stay. We had 9 individuals in pir party and it had enough room and space for us comfortably. The garage was nice additional to keep our bikes safe. Hot tub was perfect at night.

Great location

Everything you could need to enjoy Moab. Hot tub, community pool a block walk, well appointed kitchen, large garage easy to unload and laundry right next to garage door. Comfortable beds .

Sand in all the beds! Moab Utah,

There was sand in all the beds. Horrible and not clean. Disgusting to have to sleep in someone else’s sand filled beds in Moab Utah. Most of the chairs, benches, couches were Cheep construction and crazy wobbly, dangerous for kids and people with back problems. Called the managing company of the property several times messages left and and there has been no return call. Shameful.

Wonderful location

This place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and everything was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the refrigerator making a noise and maintain everything was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Great location to Arches National Park and close to the strip without being right in the noise.

Nice Spot in Moab

Nice spot to stay in Moab. Clean & well laid out home and close to nearby outdoor activities. At the end of the day we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings under the stars.

Great place - plenty of space.

Great place with lots of space to spread out. The neighborhood was just okay - the townhouses are really packed in so minimal space for kids to play, but more than any hotel would have so that was good! Hot tub was awesome! Kitchen needs to be stocked a bit better - no frying pan, need more utensils and more glasses or cups. Property management was very responsive when TVs were not working. Overall - great place!

Amazing Property

We love Moab and come a lot. This house was perfectly situated 10 minutes from downtown. The private hot tub was a huge bonus for my family. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 5 and the kitchen was well stocked. I felt the value of this house was winning!

Perfect weekend get away

We loved our stay at the condo. It was nice to be able to have our dog with us and have an enclosed outdoor area we could all be in together. Our 5 year old loved the hot tub. We liked that there was a fan (for white noise) in the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a drip coffee maker for those of you who may want coffee. We did bring extra supplies, but there were a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Plastic cups would have been nice for outside along with plastic plates. We just bought our own. We would have also liked a hair dryer. All in all it was an excellent stay and we hope to be back in the near future. Thank you!

NOT what we expected!

I hate writing a bad review. Why bad? We had many issues with this property. With that said, the owner was informed and updates are supposed to be made. 1. The unit.. The arms of both chairs in the living room were completely worn out. The paint around the fireplace was all chipped. The curtains in one of the bedrooms were broken and would not come down. They did send someone to come cut the string so they would go down. The ice maker was frozen and not making ice. The outdoor patio chairs were torn to shreds. If I could upload pictures of all this, I would. Nothing like the pictures online. 2. The tv remote in the living room was not working due to the previous guests dog chewed it up. Upon calling to inform them, they were aware already and informed us that we would have to manually turn the channels from the box. A courtesy heads up would've been great. 3. The internet. Upon signing into the Internet they provided, it didn't work. We called the office and they gave us a different one to sign into and it did work. With that said, the Internet went down continuously and we had to reset the modem multiple times. 4. The gas grill was broken. 5. The pool code didn't work. 6. Garage was nice but would've been nicer if we had a garage door opener, or the code for it during our stay. Ok, if you are still reading, here is the good. 1. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. 2. Great location. 3. Great views 4. Nice path for walking your dog. 5. Staff that answered our calls were very nice. 6. The hot tub was awesome, however the temperature said it was a 104 which was not the case, it was probably 100. This was great because I have MS and can't get in when it's too hot.
