Disappointment that the closet in the master bedroom was used for owner's storage rather than guest's clothes. Roll-a way bed's, lampshades, linens, etc. made it virtually unusable to guests. We did not use the closet at all.

Nice stay in Moab

Very well appointed unit, had everything you needed, dishes, towels, bedding etc. the area was amazing and quiet with fantastic views. Ok now the negative. This house needs a deep deep cleaning, carpets cleaned, throw rugs wash, blinds cleaned, under couch cushions need vacuumed! And oddly I saw lots of reviews saying the same but obviously never addressed! If the aforementioned was addressed I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great property in Rim Village

We have been to Moab many times and Rim Village is our favorite complex to stay in due to the large garages, outdoor patios and quiet vibe. This unit is well-kept and has a private hot tub on the patio, which we enjoyed. Upon making our reservation, I received an email that the shared pool was closed for renovations. I replied with my disappointment since that was something we were looking forward to and was promoted in the description of the property. The person emailed me back that oops, they were wrong, the pool would be open during our stay. Low and behold, when we arrived, the pool was closed for renovations. I felt like this was a bait and switch, but since the weather was too cold for the pool, I didn't make a big deal of it.

Wonderful

Property was perfect for our multigenerational group of 6! Plenty of seating and amenities for all! There was a lack of household supplies (storage containers, baggies, measuring cups and spoons). Overall a wonderful place to stay while exploring the beautiful areas of Moab!

NO Private hot tub as described in listing

My family flew for the first time from Tuscaloosa Al to Moab Utah. I booked this particular unit specifically for the private hot tub to relax and look at mountain views at night. When we got to unit discovered there was NO water in hot tub. Called both Vacasa , VRBO, the local numbers listed in book and no one called back or cone to look at hot tub. Very unhappy with this experience. I finally chatted with someone who was reminding me to leave a review she offered and amenity credit that ive yet to receive. Will never book with Vacasa or VRBO again.

Great property, just a few details to make it perfect.

Property was clean and comfortable. Great mattresses and lots of living room seating. Garage and patio were also clean and usable. The pool is close and parking was good. A few details simply addressed would make it perfect. Here is my list: There was no Kleenex. The bath soap was a simple micro dove bar, insufficient for a weeks stay. The master was huge, but there was no wear to sit, even to put your shoes on. A reading chair would be a nice addition. The were supposed to be 6 wine glasses. There only two mismatched stem ware. The outside gas grill was very run down, not very clean and the propane tank was completely empty. The burner was left in the “on” position and the tank open.:( Lastly, there are two very large flowering Heather bushes directly adjacent to the property entrance and they hung into the sidewalk and were always swarming with very large bumblebees. It made entering the unit a bit intimidating to walk to the unit front door. These are easy fixes and I encourage you to stay regardless!

Sweet Moab Getaway

We had a lovely time. We had one family that could come for part of the week and another family that came to stay for the last part of the week. It worked out very well. We had a problem with the BBQ, but it was resolved with just one phone call. Everything went very smoothly and we would stay here again. The grand kids loved the pool. The only thing that could change is the pool. It is quite small for the number of units it accommodates. But we were able to make it work for us.

Golf weekend in Moab

Wonderful rental, very clean. Loved that I could bring my puppy without issue. Loved that there was a 2 car garage we could park inside. Kitchen well stocked. Close to the pool which was nice to float around in the afternoon. Didn't use the hot tub on our patio but chlorine smell was pretty strong. Would stay again.

Clean and great location

This is our third time renting in the Rim Vista Village (diff properties each time). Always clean, easy check in and check out, and all the amenities you need:). My only suggestion is that this property get new sheets and towels. They are pretty weathered. Sheets were thin and pilling and the towels were super worn out. Other than that we had no complaints.

Moab’s Best

The condo was clean and impressive. Had a tough time unlocking the front door. I think it’s broke. Thank goodness the management company was able to help us by allowing us to use the key. Also the the brochure with all the codes should be sitting open on the kitchen table. I didn’t see it till the morning we left.

Great Unit

My family stayed for Thanksgiving week. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked for being able to cook Thanksgiving dinner. it was a chilly week so the hot tub and 2 fireplaces came in extra-handy. Lots of comfy seating in the living room for the family to hang out and play games.

Dog and family friendly out of town condo

The directions to the condo were incorrect and the key code we were given didn’t work but once over those hurdles, the stay was as advertised. Thoughtful pet-friendly touches like sheets to cover furniture and water bowl were very much appreciated. The hot tub worked well, as did the grill. Inadequate hand dishwashing supplies made clean-up difficult but we bought our own scrubby to solve that. Overall, a comfortable base for Moab style fun.

Moab treat in good location with hot tub

Enjoyed our stay. Location while not in town was still very close and was a nice neighborhood. The hot tub was a hit with the kids after long days of hiking. The house could use a deep cleaning as the floors were dirty and addressing a couple burned out lights, but overall a nice place.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our time here. The hot tub was great, the space looked just like the photos, and we had plenty of room with four guests. The only drawbacks were that the towels were not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, the remote controls for the tv were missing batteries, and some of the pots/pans were old and scrapped up making them unusable. It was also quite hard to get in touch with Vacasa before the trip over email. They didn’t write back for almost two weeks when we inquired about staying an extra day. That being said those were the only issues we had, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

House great-service not so much

The property was beautiful and met our needs in terms of space but I don't think anyone had checked out the house prior to our arrival. The temperature was 90 degrees inside the home and the AC was evidently broken. We spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to fix it, the first person that was sent didn't know how to do anything but change the filter and the actual AC guy didn't get there until almost 11 pm. on the second night of our arrival. So basically the first two days of our stay in the home was unbearable. Because of this experience, I should have been given at least a partial refund. It was a beautiful condo but we couldn't enjoy at all.

Lack of communication, instructions and "special cleaning" due to dogs.

The home itself is very nice but: 1) No communication available: no instructions on how to check in; no instructions on how to use television; no one to talk to in case of emergency. Never could find garage door opener. 1 a) Couldn't get a hold of VACASA on phone to ask questions even before trip; tried to contact VACASA at arrival at townhouse, but I was hung up on after 25 min. of waiting on phone. After two days, next door cleaning lady gave me the name of the local property manager.. Her message machine was full from all the other vacationers trying to call, so couldn't leave a message. Did get a hold of manager on sixth day of stay. This lack of communication is unprofessional. I don't care if you don't have staff. You shouldn't offer the vacations if you can't take calls and/or service them. This put a damper on our trip at the very beginning. 2) Lack of special cleaning for pets. White dog fur was all over front door carpet and on floors on arrival. I could see dog fur when sun hit the floor; fur on socks after walking around home. Where is the special cleaning? Manager, which was very nice and apologetic, came to the house and confirmed seeing the dog fur. We have labradoodles; they don't shed. 3) I would appreciate a refund for special pet cleaning and what was charged for using the hot tub, which family didn't use because I didn't trust it was cleaned with proper chemicals and sanitation. I sure pray that the townhouse was properly sanitized due to COVID. I trusted VACASA that it would have proper cleaning protocol. Again, if VACASA doesn't have the staff to properly service units, then don't offer it.
