Relax and unwind after a full day of activity in Moab. Great views of the LaSal Mountains from spacious bi-level Rim Vista corner unit. This new unit offers you the best location in the community across from the pool and hot tub, with ample room for parking. Wake up to freshly made coffee provided by your Keurig maker. Enjoy grilling on the gas BBQ, while sitting in the private outdoor patio with afternoon and evening shade. No caps or worries on internet speeds - unlimited 1 gigabit (1GB) internet speeds are provided by fiber for all your streaming needs.
This townhome has a two-car garage to secure all vehicles and toys. The ground level includes a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and private flat-screen TV. There is enough kitchen seating with a combination of dining table and breakfast bar. The spacious living area contains a gas log fireplace, sofa, and 50" flat screen with cable TV. Washer and Dryer and half bathroom are also located on the ground floor.
The two upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds and flat screen TV's. A full bathroom is also located on the top floor. The loft overlooks the living area and has an oversized CordaRoy's Chenille Bean Bag that turns into a very comfortable bed. (Pull-out couch in the living room as well. Sheets are provided in the unit for either one/not for both)
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
This is a corner unit - The garage depth is 19 FT and the height is 7 FT 10 IN. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Spacious property with ample room for our party of eight. Location was good—close enough to town while being quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner.
Our family of four stayed three nights. The place was cozy, had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Location was great, just a 5 min drive to downtown Moab.
Very clean, very well furnished, and equipped. Was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights while we visited the nearby national parks.
Quiet and spacious. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool which was a nice way to end the day.
This house was so great for our family. The girls loved the decorated rooms. We all loved being able to walk right out the garage to the pool. I love that it is close enough to all of the attractions, shops, and restaurants without the noise and traffic of "downwn". The house was very clean with the exception of the HVAC air return vent. We vacuumed it, and were fine. We would highly recommend staying here!

Was an ideal spot for our family. We were able to explore both Arches and Canyonlands pretty easily from here. The pool is very close and they have 2 pools and a hottub. Really clean and I like that they provided towels (both bath and pool ones) and toiletries and the kitchen had a lot of items in it as well.
This condo is exceptional on all levels. The kitchen has everything, it was super clean and very comfortable! The game loft was a fun end of day card game spot. We enjoyed it and would recommend to others!
My family had a wonderful time in this property. The house itself was very homey and had everything you need. It even had toys for the kids and games for the adults which kept everyone happy and having fun. The pool was right across the street which was very convenient. The home is as described and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to eat together and enjoy games or some TV time. Loved the outside patio and grill and it was directly across from the pool area. We visited Aches and Canyonland while we were in Moab. The brewery in town had good food and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend renting this home if visiting Moab.
Great location. Second time staying there. Clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. Could have used a crockpot. Only down was a tile in the kitchen had a piece missing. Noticed it last year but this year we had a crawling infant and she cut her finger on it. Great place otherwise. Best of the 4 we rented.
This location is great close to pool and park. The amenities are plentiful in the kitchen, towels, additional blankets. Also so thoughtful in the game room with toys and books for littles. The only thing I can suggest is a good deep clean. The vents were completely covered in dust and dirt along with the corners and closets filled with dust. Also there maybe an issue with a drain as there was a bad smell. The overall stay was wonderful and appreciate the hospitality and would stay here again.
This was an amazing home! So clean and so beautifully decorated. The beds were heaven - insanely comfortable. The patio was huge and perfect for our family of 6 to play games and enjoy a glass of wine at night. We loved that this community honored the dark sky of Moab and had little to no outside lights. This made for an amazing viewing experience of the meteor shower! The pool and hot tub were great and the community is clean and respectful of quiet hours. Definitely will stay here again - it was perfect for our family and a great place to relax at night after rafting the Daily each day. Thank you for a perfect end of summer vacation!
The place was beautiful and very clean other than some marks/spots on the wall. There were a few things that were not working during our stay (toaster, garage door opener) and the upstairs rooms were very hot. It took us until the last day to figure out there was a time setting that upped the temp to 75 in the middle of the night. We were able to fiddle with it to change the setting. None of that would’ve been a huge deal for us. The problem came with the checkout time and a property manager lady. The property management company sent five separate emails prior to getting there and two texts. That’s on top of the messages from VRBO. After so many messages you start to tune them out. On some of the information the checkout time was listed as 10 and on other information it said 11. They also sent two more text messages toward the end of the stay that said checkout was 10 but by that time I had started to zone out the many messages to just enjoy the trip. I went with the 11 checkout time as that was what was in the management provided book. At 10:08 a woman knocked on the door, no hello her first words were your checkout was at 10. She promptly walked right in. She was condescending when we alerted her some of the materials said 11 to which she stated we assumed people would go off the text since that’s the newest information. When showed the book that listed the wrong time she then threw the homeowner under the bus saying they’ve been trying to get them to change it. Very rude.

Condo is clean, well supplied, with responsive management. Two things would make this even better, 1. The Fridge/Freezer was turned off, I had to wait before transferring the items our of my ice chest. 2. After a long day of riding, I want to shower, eat and then enjoy the pool and especially the hot tub. Extended hours would make this much more relaxing.

Visited Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. Remember, you need to reserve entry for Arches! Lots of hiking. Was able to find everything we needed and really appreciated the extras...the two year old in our group loved the toys he found in the loft area.

My family loved everything about this rental! The kitchen was fully stocked. Each bedroom was nicely decorated, and my youngest loved the toys and games available.
