Great place to stay for accessing Canyonlands and Arches NP. Close to downtown with restaurants and grocery’s nearby. Beds were comfortable and well appointed kitchen for making meals. I would stay again for a Moab adventure.

Perfect quiet location. The place was just as described. Spacious, beautiful. The beds were AMAZING, I didn't want to get out of bed! Fully stocked with everything you think you would need and more. Definitely will be staying here again!

Spring Break--family weekend

Very nice condo. Very clean. Pictures and description as advertised. Slept 6 comfortably--including quite comfortable sleeper sofa bed. Good parking (even with ATV/UTV trailer). Nice front and back patios with short walk to pool/hot tub. Towels were provided for pool and hot tub use. Nice bed and bed bath linens. Has outdoor grill but did not use it. Only downside was the unit we were in was adjacent to the main highway so had a little traffic noise. Also would suggest taking a couple dish rags and dish towel as those were not provided. Overall had great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Mom's weekend Away

A co-worker and I booked this room for the weekend. At the time, we planned on bringing our kids and just enjoying the time. Last minute, our kids decided they didn't want to go. We still had to work on that Saturday, so we enjoyed a weekend away without our children. It would've been perfect for a bigger party, even better for the two of us. At work that Saturday, we became aware that the physician was staying at a local hotel that was not very clean. We had enough room that we invited them to stay with us. Worked out great. The place was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Pros: -Bedrooms are on separate level; helpful for noise if people are staying up at night in the living room/kitchen area -There are pots, pans, and other basic kitchen items - we cooked several meals -There are nice, large TVs -There is a large back patio for outdoor dining Cons: -Sheets were scratchy -One set of sheets smelled heavily of mildew -Shower was not cleaned (hair in drain on arrival, pink slime around edges) -Lacking details that make for a comfortable stay: no hand soap in the kitchen; no tissues -Unit is on the highway side of the complex; you can hear road noise from both bedrooms -We did not find any extra towels for the pool/hot tub -The check out instructions said not to remove the duvet cover when stripping the sheets; does this mean the duvet covers are not washed?

Our stay at this condo was excellent from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed to relax after long days of hiking and exploring.The location was convenient, close enough to downtown Moab while still being quiet and peaceful. This is the second time we have stayed in this location, and will stay there the next time we visit Moab. It’s on the south end of the city so away from a lot of the congestion,, but still just a short drive into town. The beds in the condo are so comfy, I always get a good nights rest there!

Condo was perfect for me and my my mom and my kids, complex has a pool, playground and basketball court which was great for my kids. If I come back to Moab this is what I’ll book.

We had a wonderful stay at Rim Vista 20A2. The rental was very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need and was close enough to all that we wanted to do. The beds were so comfy, had many pillow and additional blanket choices and we slept very well. Thank you for thinking of everything one might need for a perfect get away. We will be booking again.

Great accommodations for two couples. Clean, comfortable beds, extras in kitchen, good location for parks and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendations are we could have used more K cups. 4 people for 7 days should have had 28 min. Also I would suggest some black out curtains in the bedroom. I see you are a Costco shopper and they have great curtains very reasonable. When that morning sun lights up the room at 5:30 everyday it's rough. Thanks for a great vacation!
