Outstanding place just outside of Moab

Wonderful place, very thoughtfully appointed with guests in mind. Just a short drive to Moab and Arches yet tucked into an attractive southwest-motif neighborhood that even has a few petroglyphs nearby.

Stay was overall good, we did run into some issues with parts of the house losing power and some insect problems. Otherwise the house was very nice.

Great stay

It was a great weekend stay. House was clean, beds were comfortable and tub was hot. Not far from town. Has everything but salt/pepper/spices we forgot to bring to eat in. Thanks for letting us stay at your place! I’d stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house in a great location. Close to town but in a quiet neighborhood.The house was not as cleaned as we expected. Garbages had not been emptied. Dead bugs in several rooms.

Reviewer Comments: it was almost very good. a couple issues that kept us up late at night on two of the four nights. spent an hour at 1230am controlling water so the property would not have damage.

Nice place

Great place. My only problem was the outside. I understand Moab doesn’t get much snow but the property owner still should have made sure Driveway, walks and area around hot tub was cleared from snow and ice. The ice and snow was terrible. I think this is a huge liability . Also rugs by exterior doors would have been helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was very pleasant. The condo was clean and well maintained. The towels and supplies provided were more than adequate and appreciated. We soaked in the hot tub and it was a nice way to end our days of exploring the National Parks. We had a great Italian dinner at Pasta Jays and BBQ the next night at Spitfire Smokehouse. Would recommend both places!

Great place to stay in Moab

This condo was clean and very comfortable. Nice furniture and appliances. Having a hot tub on the back porch was a nice addition to our stay. Communication with the property managers was always prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a good place to stay as a family. It was quiet and clean. The sand and grit are ubiquitous and tend to accumulate. However, that is just the region of the property.

Moab Getaway

Love the location and the outdoor living spaces for a Moab getaway. Kitchen has all cooking items you could possibly need. Management was very helpful when requested. Would hopefully come back to visit again soon.

Lovely

This lovely condo is a ten minute drive south of town. It is nestled on a hill in a nice neighborhood, just above the golf course. It was well kept and well equipped. We loved, loved the back porch with its stunning views and occasional lizard in the day and bats in the night visitors. We saw drove by some of the other vrbo units that we had considered and were glad we chose this one. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Loved the house

This was our third extended stay in Moab, second in a vacation home there. We thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse. It felt secluded even though it was in the middle of the neighborhood. And being just outside of town gave us the best quiet atmosphere. The house itself was plenty spacious. All bedrooms had more than adequate space so everyone felt they had their own private areas. The kitchen was just amazing; large fridge, lots of counter space, plenty of dinnerware. An overall great hangout area. The entire downstairs is tile, which did make for some extremely cold feet since we came at the beginning of March. So glad we packed thick socks. Overall, if we ever get to Moab with the whole family again, this townhouse will be one we look to first to see if it's available.
