    The private patio features an outdoor dining area and a gas grill for your convenience. Host cookouts for your group and admire exhilarating views of the Moab Rim and the Manti-La Sal Mountains!

    You’ll be just five miles from downtown Moab in a quiet, low-lighting community, allowing you to gaze at the stars. Downtown Moab offers a plethora of dining and entertainment options! You’ll be 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park and 11 miles from Arches National Park. You can also enjoy easy day trips to Bears Ears National Monument, Four Corners, and Monument Valley. This prime location will put you just minutes from the world’s best mountain biking, hiking, and 4x4 trails, in addition to sensational kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing.

Nice townhouse

Overall a well stocked, clean property situated on the edge of the compound, a decent stroll to the hot tub, playground, and courts. Excellently stocked kitchen as far as appliances and cookware.

It was so nice to come back after a day of hiking to clean up and relax. We utilized the crockpot a lit. Set it in the morning and had dinner waiting for us when we returned

Perfect stay!

The layout was great and spacious. Had everything you’d need regarding dishes, condiments, etc. the bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner. There were extra blankets, towels, pretty much anything you’re looking for! There is constructions going on near the property that was kinda loud in the mornings and the dryer took multiple cycles to dry our clothes (2-3 hours), but other than that, the stay was perfect for us. Close to town but still more peaceful.

Arches Paradise Perfection

We loved our short but sweet stay! The condo was easy to find, even in the dark. If you're looking for a summer road-trip stop or vacation destination, look no further. We found the place welcoming and well stocked! The washer/dryer was a perfect amenity on a cross-country trip. The fridge even comes equipt to ice and fill your water bottles after they've been washed. We found plenty of regular and USB outlets for every device, and then some. Gorgeous views, short distance from national parks, local artwork and scenery all throughout condo, clean, and nicely designed, perfection!

The home was clean and the kitchen was well-furnished. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to the National Parks. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Moab. Canyonlands and Arches National Parks are amazing! Plan a visit!

Very quiet for sleeping

Great place to stay while in Moab. Access to the parks is great. Far enough away from the downtown for quiet time in the evening and for sleeping, but close enough if you wish to have an evening out. Parking was right in front of door, and the place was well equipped with everything you need. We would stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect location to explore Moab

The place has everything you are looking for! The night sky is great from right outside the cabin! Minor disadvantage is the road noise from the highway. Would definitely recommend the place and stay here again.
