Excellent quality from all aspects. Value for this level of property is far above expectations. The views all around are exceptional, very clean townhome with everything you need, and very comfortable beds. We really appreciated the gas grill and used it three nights for dinner. Checking in and out was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. The community is clean and quiet. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked very clean and inviting. We would most definitely book this townhome again if we return to Moab.

Great place to stay.
We really enjoyed staying at this location just south of Moab. We were close to all the 4WD sites like Hells Revenge an 7 Mile Rim Trail.

Great base for our Moab adventures
Enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Had everything we needed for our family with lots of space, garage (great for ease of storing bikes when not in use), next to pool/playground area in the complex, lots of kitchen things, towels, beds super comfy (on par with my home tempurpedic). A little further south of town but this was fine with us to be away from the bustle of town as driving was easy And not too far for the things we wanted to do.

Great base camp for the family
Once you figure out where it is, it’s definitely a great base for day trips in and out of the Moab area. Very quiet and chock full of amenities. The place was much larger than what the photos showed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool and hot tub as well as other amenities were a bonus. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Next time, we’ll be stsying longer. Recommended’

Good property but problem with check-in
I had a problem with check-in with this property. I received a notice that I could check-in early, but ended up showing up right at normal check-in time, only to find out that the key in the lock box was missing. After calling the help number it took over an hour before I heard back from the manager, so was waiting at the property with my kids unable to get in. Eventually after the call back I was given a code for a backup key and we got in. Other than the check-in issue, it was a good property and location.

If heading to Moab, you can't go wrong with this unit.
Five stars all the way from a clean spacious layout to wonderful views. As good as advertised with a two car garage, a full kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils, spacious living space and bedrooms and cable TV with local stations.
Just a great place to stay just a few miles south of downtown Moab, but easy access to the highway.

Perfect for a Moab HOV Experience
Check in and checkout was super easy. Views of the La Sal mountains out one window and the red cliffs west of Moab out the other. Very close to the pool area. Nice parking for vehicles and trailers. Short drive to trails and to down town.

Good place to return to after exploring the parks
It was nice to return to this comfortable spacious place. The swimming pool and hot tub shared facility was nice. The house was stocked well. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated having a garage. It made unloading and loading the car after sunset so much nicer. Arrived after dark so finding the specific unit was a bit tricky but we managed. GPS just takes you to the general area and you need to drive around and read the unit numbers on the various units to find yours. In the dark is a bit harder. Seems most of the units were rentals and when walking to the pool in the evening other guest out side grilling or visiting. Everyone friendly. I felt it was a safe secure area to stay.

Perfect Home away from Home
This house was wonderful! Very warm and inviting. Beds super comfortable. Quite Area with plenty of space for everyone. There were 6 adults and we never once felt crowded. We comfortably fit 3 Turbo S RZR's in the garage.

Pleasant stay
We very much enjoyed this property. Very clean, nice amenities, on the outskirts of town. Only downside is a large number of other guests with ORVs who were noisy but overall the property was very good.

Nice place, comfy
We’ve stayed in this village before (different units, different owners) - nice location, decent shared common spaces and a quiet spot for as busy a week as it was. As day explorers we’re often disappointed in the early hour closures for the hot tub - keep this in mind if you go out all day and want to relax in a hot tub after dark.
They don’t have any printed info in the unit, it’s all online - guessing it’s all managed by a rental company, just felt less personal as we’re used to. Even as often as we come here, we still like dining recommendations, etc, as things change year to year. Ice maker was a block of ice, the water froze in the bin more than it made cubes (so we purchased our own). Dead batteries in the remotes - otherwise it provided comfortable space, nice towels, general amenities and fair kitchen items. In comparison to previous stays in other units in the same village, it was extremely overpriced (possibly due to COVID, but still extremely high).
Overall we’d recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable space to crash that has a garage for storage and a place to clean up and lay your head.
