Noise Machines are available for guests in both master bedrooms. This property is located near Highway 191 - While this prime location offers great convenience, please note that some road noise can be heard from the unit. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to sound, we recommend using the noise machines that are provided in the property.

If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

Located in the quieter Spanish Valley area, just a 5-minute drive into town for groceries, local shops, and many amazing restaurants. Explore Arches National Park just 11 miles away, with Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park just 50 minutes away.

This two-bedroom townhome has two master suite bedrooms located upstairs. Both master suite bedrooms have a king-size bed and a private connected bathroom. One master suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other master suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Both master suite bedrooms also have spacious closets with ample room for luggage and hanging clothes.
The living room is set up for relaxing with a smart TV and seating for reading a book or lounging. The dining table seats six people with plenty of room for eating and playing games. The breakfast bar outlines the kitchen area with four barstools for additional seating. The kitchen has a gas stove and is fully stocked for preparing meals during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, pots, pans, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, and a dish scrub are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper.
All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided.
Washer and dryer are located in the unit and are free of charge. Laundry detergent is provided, as well.
The unit features a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Coffee filters are provided for the regular coffee maker. Please bring the coffee of your choice! The outside patio includes a gas grill to cook your favorite meals!
To reduce waste, we ask that guests bring their choice of body wash and shampoo/conditioner. This allows guests to bring what works best for them, and we avoid throwing away products and reducing waste. There are options to purchase travel-size toiletries at the grocery store and other general stores in town.
Parking: There are two designated parking spots for this townhome, and they are labeled with the unit number. For additional parking of trailers, RVs, or other vehicles, there is ample room on Meador Drive, which is the street leading into the complex. This is the street that all guests staying in the complex park additional vehicles or trailers on during their stay. (If more space is needed outside of the two reserved parking spots) This unit does not have a garage.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within seven (7) days before arrival. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.
