Excellent home base for Moab adventures

This was a great location about 5 minutes from downtown Moad. Amazing views of Moab Rim and the La Sals! Stocked with everything you expect. The towels and some kitchen utensiles could use an refresh but when that's the only bad thing you can say about your VRBO, it's a good place.

Condo was as-advertised. Check in was simple and easy, property manager's responses to my few questions were prompt. The property was well-maintained. Kitchen, linens, and supplies needed were stocked and ready. Everything worked. The complex's pool/hot tub were closed for large-scale (i.e. not brief) renovations, which would have been nice to know since we were looking forward to a soak.
