Location! Location! Cleanliness and Comfort here at the Midtown Dynamite Duo. New on Airbnb. This stylish place to stay is a 2 bed / 1 bath with a fold out sofa. Close to Downtown Mobile and located in the Oakleigh Garden District. Big balcony for relaxing and sipping. Dedicated work desk, giant table and a kitchen that is stocked for cooking. First floor with 1 covered parking spot and 1 uncovered spot. Avoid the boring and stay in Midtown. Make it your own and enjoy.

Nice overnight stay
Charming older building. Great front porch. Comfy beds. Clean. Didn't use kitchen so don't know how well supplied it is. Bathroom is jack and jill with no exhaust fan. Was pretty foggy after one shower.

Quaint, Comfortable, and Close w/EV Bonus
This four-unit home provided a great location to downtown Mobile. Easy access to bars and restaurants made this spot a definite return-to STR. The shotgun design had two bedrooms separated by a bath, laundry room, kitchen, desk area and separate dining and living room with a large TV. Outdoor patio/balcony fronts Goverment St, and is great to enjoy morning coffee, or evening cocktails. Whether intentional, or not, the best surprise for us was the Unit #1 parking space, which had an electrical outlet we could use to trickle-charge our EV. All parking is covered as well. We wont hesitate to schedule Unit #1 again when our plans call for a stay near downtown Mobile.

Sweet Home Alabama
Location location location. We walked to excellent restaurants every night. If you like wine you must check out Red and White. The food was amazing and priced very reasonably. If you like the beach take a ride to Dauphin island. Just breath taking. We would like to thank Murphy for the stay and the great recommendations.

Great Location/wonderful experience
This apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay! We especially enjoyed the area. Easy access to downtown entertainment district. Oh, the water pressure in shower is excellent! Thai restaurant was excellent, very short walk. Great front porch for morning coffee. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Mobile! Host was very responsive to emails. A+
