The Oakleigh neighborhood appeals to those with a love for well-preserved historic homes, casual porch sitting, as well as great proximity to Downtown, Midtown and all that Mobile has to offer. When it comes to dining, though, there is no need to leave the neighborhood.

Once we have these details, we will provide the check-in instructions. We recommend confirming these at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays upon your arrival.

Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.



☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.



☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.



☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.



☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.



☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.



We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.



Terms of Service:



To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.
