「We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.」

「We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well」

「All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!! 」

「We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

「kinda and attentive staff. stayed at the beachfront suite. note that photos appear much nicer than what is available - rooms and bathrooms aren’t as luxurious as one expects for the price charged.」

「Good」

「Beautiful hotel with vast estate of well maintained gardens. Clean pristine beach right next to the hotel. Loved the room with the plunge pool. Staff were very helpful. Services were excellent. They even provided free taxi services from/to the airport! Brest was included and had lot of variety options. If you can afford then don't hesitate to stay in Taj resort!」

「This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place.」

「 Nice, clean rooms, staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caretaking」

「Very convenient to restaurants and sundries」

「I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay」

「The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. 「Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. It being near the beach is the main advantage but there’s no sun loungers or deck chairs as advertised and the staff aren’t very helpful when trying to...

「Avoid at all costs stained sheets, grubby towels, dirty floors, no fridge, no safe, far from Benaulim beach with no taxis nearby」
